Amanda Novakovic began her career in 2010 and is a Senior HR specialist at Insperity. She has extensive experience in business operations and in all aspects of human resources, including recruiting and on boarding, employee relations, talent development and team culture. Previously, Amanda was a HR Manager for a large retail organization. She expanded her experience as the Director of Operations at a boutique executive coaching and consulting firm overseeing all human resource operations for the organization. Amanda graduated from Siena College with a bachelor’s degree in management. She received her Master of Business Administration from Clarkson University and holds a Professional of Human Resources Certification. Additionally, Amanda volunteers with the local SHRM chapter, DallasHR, as a vital part of the Talent Management educational event committee.
